The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV area (with satellite channels) with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed.

In the sleeping area there is a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.

A washing machine, drying rack, and iron are available to guests free of charge.
